"Absolutely amazing service by Petals and Bells. Peta and Andrew provided Afternoon Tea for my daughter’s Hen Do held in our local village hall decked out with bunting and church pew seating. The vintage china and pretty tablecloths provided by Petals and Bells made the most beautiful setting for the afternoon celebrations. Guest arrived to a glass of sparkling Prosecco served by Andrew. The food was absolutely delicious, dainty finger sandwiches and a selection of mini cakes served on the prettiest 3 tiered vintage china cake stands. The sandwiches were regularly topped up with plenty of filling choices, then jam and clotted cream scones to follow! An endless supply of specialty teas and coffee were also served by Peta in the prettiest of vintage china tea pots and cafetieres, while Andrew topped up our glasses with Prosecco! Gluten free and Vegetarian guests were also catered for! A very enjoyable afternoon was had by all thanks to the excellent service, attention to detail and delicious Afternoon Tea provided by Peta and Andrew!!"

We were so pleased to have found Petals and Bells for our Golden Wedding Anniversary celebration, they were absolutely amazing. We met them the first time at our village hall, the venue for our gathering. Peta & Andrew were so helpful, professional and understanding from start to finish and communication was excellent.
We started the afternoon with a blessing at our village church and walked over to our village hall, when we got in it was just WOW! The tables looked amazing, beautiful china and cutlery, so impressive. We were welcomed in with a gold sparkly champagne flute of Prosecco, it was all the lovely extra touches that meant so much.
The service from Peta, Andrew and the team was impeccable, the food was absolutely delicious. Dainty finger sandwiches, savouries, scones with jam and clotted cream and fabulous mini cakes, served on beautiful vintage china 3 tiered cake stands, when the food got low it was magically refilled! Not forgetting an endless supply of tea and coffee served in mismatched vintage teapots, cups and saucers - just perfect. We had 68 guests who were really impressed with many saying it was the best afternoon tea they had ever had and our guests with dietary requirements were extremely impressed.
We felt so completely relaxed knowing all our guest were being well looked after.
We can’t thank Peta, Andrew and their team enough for making our special day so extra special. We would highly recommend such a wonderful company and wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again. Many of our guests have asked if we can do it again next year! Thank you so much Peta, Andrew and the team".

On the day the food was delicious and there was definitely plenty of it! From that moment we were totally at ease, as it was clear nothing was too much trouble. We were apprehensive about the pandemic changing our plans and a few of our fussy guest requirements. Petals and Bells provided the catering for our wedding reception of 68 guests.
We met with Peta and her husband Andrew at the venue a few months before the wedding, and decided on our list of requirements, which included a totally vegetarian menu, along with some vegan options. Nothing was too much trouble, and Peta and Andrew are an absolutely lovely couple.
On the wedding day, we had a ‘proper’ afternoon tea, served at elegantly set out tables. Dainty finger sandwiches and savouries (very few guests even realised that the menu was vegetarian, as the fillings were so flavoursome), and a variety of delicious small cakes, scones, jam and clotted cream. These were all presented beautifully on gorgeous, vintage, mismatched, bone china crockery. The service was faultless, (efficient and unobtrusive), and the food just kept on coming! Even the largest appetite was more than satisfied. The quirky teapots were constantly re-filled, and there was also a plentiful supply of coffee. The clearing and tidying away was done so discreetly, that we didn’t even notice that it was happening.
Peta, Andrew, and their staff (the ladies dressed in pretty vintage aprons), also served delicious vegetarian canapés after the wedding ceremony. Again, the service was faultless.
So many of our guests have commented on the quality and presentation of the food at our wedding reception, and on how much they enjoyed the food. We haven’t had a single negative comment from anyone! We wanted a relaxed, informal wedding reception, and Petals and Bells certainly contributed to this being achieved.
The pricing was extremely competitive, and we have no hesitation at all in recommending Peta and her lovely team.

The service provided was second to none and included full consultation and a few visits to the given location to ensure all went as well as it could on the day. The food and service on the day were 1st Class and catered for all dietary requirements. Petals & Bells agreed to move venues with us due to unforeseen circumstances and this added to their commute to around 160 miles return which was greatly appreciated. Price wise was very competitive even half than some quotes I did receive. This is the 2nd time I have experienced their food and service as the 1st was at my now Wife's cousins wedding.
In summary, would I recommend Petals & Bells, yes 10/10. Would I use them again, definitely. Well done to Peta and the team"

"Stumbled on this gem whilst browsing and so glad we found them. Everything from start to finish was perfect my perfect Victorian afternoon tea wedding buffet. The tables looked amazing the crockery was delightful everything from quirky teapots to dainty teacups, nothing matched but this was the beauty of it.
The food was amazing dainty delicious finger sandwiches and scrumpy cakes, scones with clotted cream and strawberries. The food kept coming more than enough. Peta and Andrew were very attentive endless pots of tea of every variety you could think off. Coffee on tap. I cannot put into words how amazed I was at their service from start to finish they were 100% professional yet gave it that personal touch. They know what they are doing and do it so well. "Firstly - thank you so much for the card we were very touched by it. Secondly - the food, service, decor, EVERYTHING was absolutely perfect and we loved it. We had a lot of compliments from our guests, many of whom (boys!) Said they had thought they would not have enough food as it was afternoon tea and were absolutely stuffed by the end. Another one of our family friends used to be caterers and they are notoriously fussy - they made a point of coming up to me and saying how fantastic they thought you guys had been and that the service was excellent and very discreet (i.e things were topped up without asking, more food kept appearing!). The serving staff were so polite and really lovely. Those who had dietary requirements also commented how touched they were not to have to worry about anything and that it was great having their own stand. We can't fault anything at all from you guys we are so pleased that we had you as our caterers! You are both such warm and lovely people and it was genuinely nice to have you there sharing our day with us".

You were recommended to me by my parents who had attended another wedding you had catered for and they could not stop raving about how fantastic you were and we were so lucky that you were available to cater our wedding in April. You did more than just cater for us, you were the table dressers, the organizers, you kept the flow going throughout the afternoon and you kept a large amount of guests extremely happy.
From the first meeting you were fantastic and so thorough assuring us that you would take care of everything, from catering for guests with specific dietary needs, children and guests who have large appetites.
On the morning of the wedding I could not have done without you! Having a wedding at home was hard work and stressful but you and Andrew brought with you calm and control which was what was needed. From setting the tables to ensuring that every place setting looked stunning we could not have hoped for more, each and every piece of china was truly beautiful and even down to the detail of napkins and cutlery it was just stunning!
The food was exceptional everyone was so impressed with the food and tea provided and when you assured me there would be plenty you certainly delivered. Even the lads that were at the wedding were well and truly stuffed after all the cake and sandwiches! Not only that but the service was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and you made our wedding day perfect.
All I can say is how thankful we are that you were part of our wedding day, you made it so special for us, there was a real wow moment when we walked in and saw the marquee set up it looked stunning. Thank you so much for everything!"

"I organised a charity Vintage Tea Party in May 16 and was introduced to Peta and Andrew through wonderful friends of mine who hired their services to provide china for the event. The requirement was for Petals and Bells to deliver the necessary items to the venue but at their insistence and in the spirit of charity, Peta and Andrew stayed for the day helping us lay tables, arrange food items and clear away.
The tables looked absolutely enchanting and gave a very nostalgic feel, we were transported back to yesteryear! Along with all of us in vintage dress and 40’s style live music, the afternoon was a roaring success and lots of money was made for the Alzheimer’s Society.
Peta and Andrew are a truly lovely couple who have an eye for detail and dedication to their work. They are full of great ideas which helped our event immensely, nothing was too much trouble. The feedback received has been fantastic with particular comments around the stunning tables and china. I would certainly recommend their services. Thank you both!! "

Every detail was well thought and considered. With regular contact before the event to check that every detail was checked. I had complete faith in Peta and her team. The room was decorated to the highest standard with vintage crockery and table cloths and looked spectacular. I am looking forward to a function where I can book the team again. The vintage china and pretty table cloths are quite beautiful and brought back happy memories of more elegant times gone by. The sandwiches and cakes were fabulous and you and Andrew looked after the family so well taking away all the worries regarding catering and clearing up. We were all able to simply enjoy the afternoon. It was nice that you took time to visit the venue to plan how you would set everything out and Mum was very touched by the lovely flowers you gave her.
